SAFEGUARD THE FUTURE OF CATHOLIC EDUCATION

In 2016, the Government promised to lift the 50% cap on faith admissions for new religious schools in England saying the cap was unfair to the Catholic community.

The Conservative party even included a commitment to remove the cap in its manifesto. Our bishops would like as many Catholics as possible to contact the Secretary of State for Education urging her not to break the Government’s promise.

You can write to the Secretary of State (copying in your local MP) by clicking on this link: http://catholicnews.org.uk/cap
